Terms & Conditions – Cosmetic Open Day

The following terms and conditions apply to all offers promoted as part of the Emu Plains Family Dental Cosmetic Open Day, held on Saturday, 11 October 2025.

1. Free Offers

Free cosmetic consultation is available to all patients attending the Open Day. The consultation is informational only and does not include treatment.

Free treatment planning includes discussion of treatment options, costs, and timelines tailored to your oral health needs.

Free goodie bag is provided to each patient who attends an Open Day consultation (one per patient).

Free whitening kits are provided only when included as part of an Invisalign or veneer package (not as a standalone treatment).

Free composite edge bonding applies to Invisalign treatment packages only and is for minor aesthetic refinements. It does not include composite veneers.

2. Discounts and Special Packages

Invisalign patients who secure their treatment within 7 days of consultation are eligible for a $1,000 discount on Invisalign treatment fees.

Porcelain veneer treatment is offered at: 10 teeth – $12,999, 8 teeth – $9,999, 6 teeth – $8,999

Composite veneers are $600 per tooth.

Veneer patients must secure treatment within 7 days of consultation.

Discounts apply to treatment fees only and do not cover additional procedures, appliances, or unrelated dental care.

3. Pricing Transparency

Prices listed are indicative only and depend on each patient’s clinical needs.

Fees shown for veneers cover veneer preparation and placement only. They do not include unrelated treatment or additional appliances such as night splints.

Final treatment fees are confirmed in writing following your records appointment and consultation.

4. Deposits and Payments

A $500 deposit must be paid within 7 days of the consultation to secure Open Day pricing. This deposit is refundable if cancelled within 7 days of payment.

After 7 days, the $500 deposit becomes non-refundable.

Once your treatment plan and letter are provided, a full deposit of $1,500 is required (the initial $500 deposit is applied towards this).

All fees must be paid in full before treatment is completed.

Payment plans (in-house and external) are available.

5. Treatment Process

After securing pricing, patients must attend a records appointment within 4 weeks. This includes necessary scans and imaging.

Suitability for treatment will be assessed by your dentist. Not all patients are suitable for Invisalign or veneers.

Individual treatment outcomes and timelines vary and are not guaranteed.

6. Images and Results

Any images shown (including “before and after” examples) are for illustration only.

Results vary between individuals and depend on factors such as oral health, adherence to treatment, and treatment suitability.

Cosmetic dentistry can change the appearance of teeth, but outcomes are not guaranteed.

7. Risks and Limitations

All dental treatments carry risks. These will be explained by your dentist during your consultation and before you decide whether to proceed.

Changes to treatment plans may result in additional costs, which will be discussed before treatment begins.

8. General Terms

All offers are available only to patients attending the Open Day who secure treatment with the required deposit.

Emu Plains Family Dental reserves the right to withdraw or amend offers, but patients who have secured pricing with a deposit will retain their agreed discount.

All treatment decisions are based on professional clinical assessment and the best interests of the patient.
